Colour therapy is used to help relieve anxiety and boost your confidence. Colour therapy, also known as chromotherapy, uses the benefits of different colours and shades to affect your wellbeing. As each colour has a unique wavelength, we can use this energy to enhance your physical and mental well being.

The main aim behind colour therapy is to restore your imbalances, for example, stress or depression can be soothed by colour therapy in order to regain your physchological balance and increase your energy

Colour therapy can be delivered in different ways, in some treatment sessions, coloured lights are shined onto the body, whilst in other sessions, coloured fabrics area used. Other methods used include coloured liquids, lightboxes and coloured filters
